Once you do, head back to the woman who gave you the quest and enter the office of John-Caleb Bradberton, the inventor of Nuka-Cola. To obtain this weapon, you’ll need to complete the Cappy in a Haystack questline which tasks players with locating 10 Hidden Cappys throughout Nuka-World.
